Teshtimony

Sometimes you never know who your blog is reaching, but today I realized what an impact it was making right here in my own family. As many of you know, my Nana recently gave Kristin and I a car. We felt as though this gift could never be out-given, but apparently we underestimated the generosity of Arthelene Rippy. Today we received a package that contained the greatest gift we have received for quite sometime. It was a pre-release for Alive: Music & Dance the new John Tesh CD/DVD combo. This musical adventure includes some of Tesh’s greatest hits with hip-hop dancing and a Tesh-tastic stage performance.
Nana, I truly don’t know where your generosity ends. I would also like to let all of my readers know that I am considering honoring Nana with a special installment of Sacred vs. Secular entitled, “Arthelene Rippy vs. Martha Stewart”.

Go Nana go!!! Maybe we can watch the video when I come to visit!
Kristin and I have made our peace with the fact that you are never coming…
John Tesh: “Music & Dance” >>> Marty Sampson: “Let Love Rule”
I refuse to return to that conversation.
I remember watching John Tesh and his wonderful band play at Red Rocks….then I remembered that DMB had played there and I smiled.
Rippy, I’m still scratching my head over this one!!!
I think maybe it should be Athelene Rippy vs. Oprah Whinfrey. Cuz from the sounds of things Arthelene would kill Martha Stuart any day of the week!
You have to be careful Lance, and not neglect Martha’s ruthless business dealings. While I am not calling “Nana” a saint, I am saying she hasn’t done any time for any CTN stock scandals. While “Nana” would prove quite formidable in the kitchen, Martha would probably have it taken care of for her before the fight even began.
P.S. - She would probably use Emeril.
Well, Jordan, at least return to that conversation long enough to read my very late comment and then return back here for this one.
Everyone can stand a dose or two of tesh every now and again.
You my friend are wrong! I am coming to visit…there is just no need to tell your wife the date ahead of time b/c she won’t remember and she will be surprised my visit either way!!!
See you soon!!
I think it would be much better if you picked someone to rival your Nana’s generosity…she probably has nothing on your Nana’s tesh-tacular gift but I am thinkin a Arthelene vs. Oprah….(if you can even consider Oprah secular)
Aaryn, thanks for joining the conversation
